Column not listed to insert

The Column I Want to Insert is Not Listed in the Insert New Column Window

Note that this window only lists those columns that are not already present on the main window.

Scroll the main window horizontally to the right or left to see whether the column is already being displayed but is out of sight.

NOTE: It is possible to make the column very narrow and impossible to read the label or make it disappear altogether (completely minimized).  Do two things:

1.Right-Click on a column header and any completely minimized columns will re-appear.
2.Check for narrow columns and expand them.
