How to Get There: File/Instant Backup

As with any database application, it is vitally important that you back up your time record database frequently and regularly.  Simply choose File/Instant Backup and your data will be backed up.

Instant backup copies your database to file with the extension .bak in the backup folder.  You can specify the backup folder from Tools/User Options/Other.  Choose File/Restore from Backup to restore a backed up file.
