Responsive Knowledgebase (RKB) is an exciting new product for your support desk.  It's a $49 tech support tool that allows you to record solutions to tech support problems and search for those solutions in the future. That is, it lets you create a database of technical problems and their solutions. When a customer calls in with a problem, you can quickly search the database to see if that problem has been solved in the past, and provide the customer with the solution.

Click here to download the demo version of Responsive Knowledgebase.  Due to tight programming, the setup file is less than 500K in size.  The install program just puts a few files in the \program files\RKB folder and the app is easily uninstalled if it's not what you're looking for.
